Have you set the correct interface type in ediabas? Better of using Easy connect...

I've set my EDIABAS.INI with ediabas_konfigurator to STD:OBD, i'm using D+KCAN cable, i also have a ENET cable.

My EDIABAS.INI:

Problem solve with a fresh Win 7 x64 install.

I can now do a "get status" and "check FSC" into FStool and my VIN appears.

INPA = works
NCSexpert = works
Ediabes = works.
WINkftp = works
Ista-d = works
Ista-p = works
FSC-tools = works

All on d-kcan lead, everything works perfectly.

I can even FTP ftp://169.254.199.99 from a browser (ethernet lead) to the CIC unit and get the 1b fille.

I have installed fstool and the jre. (both 1.4.2 and 1.5.0.22, and i can get it to run, but fstool will not establish a connection to the cic unit with the d-kcan lead.

Any one have any ideas how to get it to connect??

ok, I didnt have the carserver dir in my EC-apps dir.

So installed and when i run the csd-start.bat file i now get an api32.dll proceedure entry point error

Any ideas?

Ok, now installed correct 60k api32.dll file and now get this..

But the fstool still does not get a connection

All of apps is work, only FSTOOL not!
