MPPS v18 do it in boot mode (flash and eeprom) by obd.

Hello

I never done this type before, but the hw is pretty much the same as BOSCH ME73H4. So I think You will not to lose too much if try B20 to GND. Or find someone with IOterminal and read without boot mode.
