I have a Problem with Update.
Version 8.0 worke. VW and AU 1205 update ok

But SE 991 and SK 697 update to 992-698 dont work.
Maybe a problem this updates ar for 7.5 Version?

How to get SK and SE up to date?

Has anyone had any issues with Elsawin after installing/updating to ETKA 8? Elsawin working fine, then updated ETKA 8 (all working fine) and now get access denied error, code 80007005, whenever I try to open Elsawin? Any help gratefully appreciated as Google seems unable to.

Has anyone had any issues with Elsawin after installing/updating to ETKA 8? Elsawin working fine, then updated ETKA 8 (all working fine) and now get access denied error, code 80007005, whenever I try to open Elsawin? Any help gratefully appreciated as Google seems unable to.

Yes, I had the same error message for Elsawin, both on my pc as laptop (to be precise, the code was 80070005). At the end of a loooong day, it turned out to be caused by a recent Windows update. Just undo the most recent Windows update, and try to start Elsawin. If this does not solve the problem, try to undo the previous update etc. Once you identified the culprit, temporarily "hide" the "bad" update in Windows update settings otherwise it will be re-installed automatically. I am sure (?) Microsoft will revise the update in due course.
I think this error is not related to ETKA 8, which runs fine on my pc and laptop before and after the Elsawin error. In your case probably coincidental.

I actually managed to sort last night after spending most of the day pulling my hair out! I traced it specifically to update KB4056892, uninstalled and everything sprung back into life!

I'd just installed both on a different laptop and both were working at ETKA 7.5 but seemed to be a coincidence that when I updated to 8 that Elsawin stopped working. .
