Just installed all those but still same error, its very strange as all earlier versions worked

i had the same Poblem. i could solve it with a new Registry Patch:

Check the correct location for sqlite dbases,sdp and blp maybe when you extract them they went to wrong directory.
this error you are showing is related to that,or missing data on registry as already said by other user.

Still seem to be having issues with this version, I have re-installed a fresh W7 64bit with all windows updates then installed latest java32&64, Redist 2016 x32 & x64 & .net 4.6.2.

eSys works fine but ISTA shows the below errors.

unpack rar files ( rheingold 4.09.13 standalone )with latest winrar
i had similary and after unpack with latest winrar - all work

My I-com finds the vehicle identification number, and the voltage is detected, But after pressing the connection button

Update the firmware in your ICOM, this can be done via the webserver page 169.254.9238/60080 there is an update page to enable flashing of the sw.
