[F31] Coding Seat Belt Reminder Gongs to 5 seconds
I want to code in my F31 (2014) and I'm asking first.
ACSM / 3001 Seat_Belt_Reminder / GWF_SBR_WARNDAUER / From wert_02/werte=64 to Werte=05 but I can't change the value using my mouse  It's blocked.In the right side is an window with cheat codes. I click to the REFRESH button, I select "Sound reminder sound duration (5 secs), the I click to the REVIEW button, the to the APPLY button. Will work or the ECU not accepting anymore my changes ? I read in the other forums as the other cars are working fine.... See the attached images with the steps... Thanks in advance. |

If you chose from the cheat codes from the right window, it will just change the werte from this particular entry as you see in the preview.
If you would like to change the werte, you need to do it in the lower part of the screen (Value from ECU) where you see "64". Change it to the amount of seconds you like and then press the icon on the right with the arrow to the left. Does it not accept the letters at all while typing, or does it not save the value? Did you press the button on the right, which looks like „<-|“ to store the value? Otherwise just use the cheat code from the right and code with the value 05. or has it to be a different one?

It's working mate. I use the VMWARE release of E-SYS but in offline mode because I want to test the modiication first before write to the ECU.
The issue come from the NUM LOCK button. Is not activated in the VMWARE window  So I can write manually a new value

At 5 seconds, I hear only 2 gongs
I have to set at 6 or 7 seconds to hear 3 gongs
