Well thats the problem, the registry for the logistics packages are 4.08.11 and i try to update them to 4.08.32 but it does nothing.

And for the global packages what do i need to clean up in the registry?

4.08.32 is only referenced in SDP data. If you are not installing SDP data, BLP will stay at 4.08.11. The registry key is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA (skip WOW part on 32 bit windows).

Registry entry should be one folder up from Downloads (eg, D:\\ISTA_Store)
