Go to device manager and uninstall all other network drivers they should be about seven of them. @MOMOSAM Thanks for the tip.
But these 3 are the major network adapters for my EPC to run smoothly before now - Intel® 82567LM Gigabit Network connection, Intel®wifi Link 5300 AGN, Realtek RTL8188EU wireless LAN802.11n USB2.0 Network Adapter. I only uninstalled the others on the list that were not part of the above. I restarted my PC but the feedback icon is the only icon on my EPC.
Please can I have keys for EPC and WIS for MAC: 00216A938F2E because the formal MAC address was replaced after windows update.

I have problem witch wis. I have windows 7 64-bit. EPC work ok. WIS datenkarte work ok.
