Hi,
I've spent a lot of time trying to add Alpina Flash to an F06 640d. It has the 8HP70 EGS. I added 920 and 9XA but it doesn't show the Alpina Software. I already did it on F10 without any problems. It has the HWEL 03. What do I need to change to add the Alpina Flash to the EGS?

change also the typeschussel to WY71(f25 35d) for example and keep in FA 920 and 9xa.
if the HW is black, then i assume is safe to proceed. or try to find a different typeschlussel for f06 with 35d

Hello!

I wrote my own TAL for F3x, F25 and F1x (incl. F0x). This is the easier way and I do not have to caluclate the TAL for every car again - the result would be always the same - the TAL I wrote.

Just load TAL, load VO, mark the needed check boxes and flash the EGS.

Don't waste your time, had flashed my 640D and reverted back to stock after a month.

If still want to proceed (the below worked for me):

Add to VO:
920, 9XA
Production date 1211 or higher
Typeschlussel XA71

Follow "How to change FA" guide to modify and upload new FA

Follow "ECU flashing" guide and flash EGS

Then in TAL-PROCESSING:
Uncheck all
Check just EGS procedures - BLFLASH, SWDEPLOY, CDDEPLOY

i have it and i feel it almost like stock one...even with remap

That feedback was while ago immediatly after flash alpina and some time passed since then using alpina0. Maybe i get used with the alpina and started not to feel the difference.
I recall just that the sport+ was aggressive. Confort and sport modes seems to be the same as oem...maybe placebo feeling.
Time to flash again to stock and do a real comparison as i had enough time with alpina
