you can code KAFAS , KOMBI EVO after adding  S5AT  to the FA , once you import FSC for SLI you will get only SLI working among the Driving assistant plus package .

I will code it a few days later and so playing with cafd comparing I found out these entries:

have you tried to set everything to stock and than only code this lines? Sometimes you additionally need to change the signature, without that it wasn't working in my cases

I usually code particular fdl entries without signature changes 
Those entries work fine

I have done this with 2 different G11, perhaps with G30/31 it´s the same.
I can´t describe it step by step, sorry, it would took me too much time, but perhaps it will help a little bit.
First you have to downgrade the KAFAS4 to KAFAS3 by manipulating the TAL by hand. Both have the same HW. As data use for example psdz 59.4 in Esys. In KAFAS3, there will be no FSCs needed and will work without
Then code KAFAS, HU and KOMBI with 5AS and delete by hand all not needed functions like lane departure warning, rear collision warning and so on...

Please help with the following steps :

I have installed kafas4. SLI is working now after injecting the fsc code. But my intelligent safety button and FCW is still not working. FSC for FCW also injected OK.

I have managed to vo code the ecu and gets the safety button to shows up the menu. 

However, the SLI fsc which I ordered from someone here doesn't take effect after I loaded it in. When the car restarted, the fsc code will change to rejected after a while. 

My car doesn't have kafas4 module originally, I have replaced the windscreen and purchased a used kafas4 and wired it up. 

Anyone here can advise what could be wrong?

On the used KaFas4, what you did install - are there perhaps other FSC imported from other VIN?

I have checked there isn't any other fsc from other VIN as I had flash the kafas with my car VIN.
