I install ISTA 4.33.30 via BMW ISPI ISTA Launcher.
Put all files in I:\ISTA_Store\Downloads

I Runed the launcher, I get an error.
Screenshot and log attached.
Can anyone suggest how to fix it?

You will need en-GB and not en-US

Removed:
BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_DELTA_en-US_4.33.30.istapackage

But the installation doesn't start.

All was installed before the error has occurred. By deleting the file you have eliminated the error.
You see on the ISTA Launcher Startscreen that it is newest version.
Start ISTA from D:\Rheingold

You was actual from the beginning but your path was D:\Programme\Rheingold. ISTA Launcher is only looking to registry not to directories byself.
