Hi all. I need to swap cluster for Octavia 2007y. 
Old cluster (with small screen) New cluster with bigger screen.

I have tools : vcds, fvdi 2018 and original vvdi2. What is the sequence to do this job properly ? I do not want just do immo off.  

Do it is enought just read immo data eeprom with vvdi2 from old cluster and write to new ? Or need adapt it to ecu and then adapt keys to cluster ? Never did this job, so any help will be usefull

yes, this is proper replay from someone who have never do that , who not have any knowledge  about that 2 clusters 
not possible copy / paste , becaue  immo format  and data lengt is diffente .
you need manually copy paste :
vin/first 7byte of cs(keep rest genuine from nec) /pin/mac/pc, and then you need make new 48 chip , becauae Micronas  use 7 byte CS, and NEC use  12Byte CS write to id48

Read VAG manual for AVDI, but be careful FVDI is dangerous in some cases for VAG
EDIT// Before you start, make autoscan with vcds and save it.
