I use powersuply 12v 100a GYSFLASH 100-12 HF very good and queit powersupply, and a lot of more options...

25amp is very low for flashing, its not good idea .

I`m using a server PSU that I did it myself.

It`s a 1200W one capable of 100Amp on 12V. Quiet, realiable and cheap. I think I paid all in around 40GBP ~ 50EUR
Adjusted to 14.2V and the Amps are 84.5Amps.
Got a set of heavy-duty cables online capable of 100Amps and they don`t heat up, is doing the job amazing. Already flashed 2 cars via ISTA and 3 via E-SYS. Complete flash with no issues.
Max drain was 35Amp or around there.
