Which battery charger/power supply for coding and flashing?

RE: Which battery charger/power supply for coding and flashing?
The problem with usual power supplies is the lack of current limit. I am using a meanwell hlg-600h-15A which I trimmed down to 13.8V. If it reaches the max current, it will just lower the voltage until the current starts dropping.

I'm using daily MST-90+ , flashing daily cars and very like it!
Also highly recommend it,because value is much lower then dealer uses Deutronic

Makes it much noise with the 2 cooling fans. I had that powersupply before and makes a lot of noise

See here my PSU.
The test is after I flashed the car. Couldn`t take pictures whilst flashing as I didn`t want to open the door.
The laptop was charging, max AC on and on ignition and drain is ~30Amp, without AC is 15Amp.
