Europe G02 no accident no water in trunk no errors. Rear lid opening only 3/4 and immediately closing like there is no power (slowly closing under its own weight) and sometimes soft closing work sometimes not. I try to initialise but i have this screen

Did you try to recode the HKFM?

Yes but only code not doing flash or update

Sounds like a faulty spindle drive, try monitoring the position of both of them in ista when it opens and when manually opening the hatch. You might be able to catch which one it is, otherwise just replace both.

Problem was Faulty spindle I replace both case closed thanks everyone for help
