Two different links below. Both links contain the same image. It can update both v3 as well as v4 firmware.

I have used this image as well and updated succesfully from v4.74 to v4.76 extracting the image to a USB stick.
However you need engineering menu enabled in PCM to be able to update via USB else use a DVD instead.
