Compared with 4.38 or earlier, the ilean version of 4.39 looks very sluggish during initial opening and loading. in different pc`s.

Has anyone noticed this as well?

Both 17s:
1. Dell 5330 i7-1265U/32GB RAM/2TB NVMe SSD/W10 Pro
2. Custom PC i9-10900X/32GB RAM/2TB NVMe SSD/W10 Pro

But if yours is significantly worse and computer specs are not terrible, I would imagine theres an issue with your license or ISTA config.

ilean setup same as 4.38.30 with decent pc i7 16 GB RAM.
So in terms of installation procedure nothing changed.

You really don't need PUK on offline ISTA. Disable it in config file. I ALWAYS do.
