G07 USA to ECE BDC Coding issue
Hello all,
A few days ago I made a post about converting a G07 to EU spec. I managed to install the fog light. And coded BDC with EU vo. The switch works great. However the indictors at the rear stop working (and giving fast blinker). So now my question is if anyone knows what I should code to keep the US taillights happy, and keep the foglight working. (x5 g05 is the same car basically) If anyone has been through the same proces with a similar car, please enlighten me  . Have been spending a few hours playing with E-Sys but could not get it to work like I want. Fog light works no rear indicator, or cluster rear fog indicator works, indicators work but the light it self does not light up  . If someone has the solution it is very appreciated.After long time trying, finally a good enough result. Car passed inspection and is in the process of being registered. i will share my CAFD when im at home. for perfect result EU taillights have to be installed, on the US brake and indicator are physically connected with eachother inside. |

Just compare 2 CAFD ( one from EU VO and 2nd from US) and manually change the differences till working ok.

That is what I have been doing, I was able to manually enable the fog light indicator on dash (but no output) but these G models do something with complicated numbers. And not a mapping function, or enable disable. The first highlighted parameter makes the foglight work (in US VO) but then the indicators stop working at the back. So this has to to have a specific config I think |

resolved now, car has been registered. check main post for more info. i will explain what i did when i get home and attach my CAFD for reference
