For my friend I need latest navigation update map for EU, especially middle of europe with ex. balcan..
From version information I dont know which year was last update???..

Can you explain a little bit more what skills are required for RMC, is it not possible to update through SD card and update menu?

RMC reads maps from SD card which must be present all the time. You need VCP + map activation script (xml) and CID predefined SD card. If you lack any of these, then unfortunately no joy for you

Cid check also can be disabled and any sd card can be used...

yes, but for that you need additional hw (UART,) at least that's the case for Q3 and A1.
