Hi guys, i have a mercedes W204 personal car, made a stage 1, wrote file on bench, and did EGR off.

Car has some little black smoke puffs even if accelerate on stationary.
Made stage pretty light, I attached files, just free some torque limiters, little rail increase and that's it.
Measuring airmass on idle , about 550 to 600 mg/stroke on full load about 1.6 bar boost and 1200 to 1300 mg air having big cylinders.
DPF is still on car, but i have little black puffs, what can cause this ? Attached is the original and MOD file if you want to check, but remap is pretty light.

Changed airfilter, oil and all filters.

Actually no, the remap was the problem, tuner touched duration in low area too much.
Any solution for EGR off ? With Davinci original and ADS doesnt work
