Hello, 

Have a mini here with cas3. It has the error internal failure on cas. Replaced cas3 with one cas3 from a bmw, cloned it, but with new cas, car also don't start and windshield wipers are always on. 

CAS3 mini 61.35-9217853-01

CAS3 BMW 61.35-6943834-01

Both have 015ly

I need to use a cas3 from mini?

car were also not turning ignition into position 2. same happening with old cas. told the owner probably the problem wasnt neither the cloned nor old cas. with vvdi2 synced cas ->elv and after that ignition turned into position 2 and could start the engine. problem solved.
