Rns510 korean fw EU maps help
Hello friends,
friend of mine has vw jetta 2016 for korean market with rns510 with korean firmware my question is can i just install latest european maps for rns510 v8555 or v8557 Here are some pics Thank you |

for sure its way other unit than eu spec.... trying just to install maps from dvd will now break radio so try that and post result, never seen korean unit before only usa, and always to convert it needed change of radio board

Must change radio board. Rear camera and bluetooth not working after conversion CONVERSION USA TO EU.

if you have setconfig you have to change some things like part number then you have to erase the NAND flash and install EU SWL. So you need a full SWL CD suits to the unit. But this is with some risk. I brick one unit doing this. But on 2 units it worked.
