XZBMW  Fix HARDCUT-POPS BMW E46 EDC16C1
hi

I need to fix hardcut/pops in this map / the map has done stage 1 and a failed hardcut with pops

BMW E46 2.0 D 150hp EDC16C1

ECU type: Bosch EDC16C1-3.1

your modification is not good, after starting the car, it turned off when you tried to move away
