Let's clarify things a bit before wasting everyone's time unnecessarily..... 
As I was telling you, it's not a job you can do on the bench.
Even if we corrected the pincode + cks there is a problem with the ECM secret key that we don't know about. (we are not magicians)
So the only solution is the following: try to make a virgin file for the code reader and synchronize it in the ECM by adding new keys.

the problem now with the immobox as it is when i try to add key OBD.   Autel tell me that ecu is blocked for 40 min.
if the immobox was reset it lost the syncro ecm secret key? the vin is not changed after reset. 

is the right way to do that in the 3 steps?

Step 1:
means if i take your file you post it here  from the other car . than just change the vin on it . pin can stay unchanged . than i create a key from the file  and write back to the immobox.

Step 2:
with Autel i reset the ecm (it's a transtron)

Step3
with Autel learn immo to the ECM 

please correct me if i am wrong

bevor resetting the ecm and do the job as you told me 

can you please tell me what is the CKS if i use the the original pin 4394?
i just want to test the immobox (perhaps the ecm syncro secret key is not lost)
you will ask why i am doing that , is just because the customer have two new original key and one old key. 

is just a try if it not work will programm new transponder and change just chips on key
