BMW E60 coding problem

BMW E60 coding problem
Guys, I've got a problem trying to code E60 with NCS.. DME and CAS was from a donor car, so I have changed VIN, matched it with car VIN. NCS: any profile F1-F3-E60-CAS(LMA) (doesn't matter)- back to write VO and default code some module it says COAPI -1000 Fehler and doesn't let me go any further. i have checked VO and it seems OK. What to do?

Which tool did you use to change vin? Did you change powerclass?

Problem is solved. There was two preparations for CD and Telematics, so I have deleted $694 and everything went back to normal. Tnx anyway.
