Is it possible to import FSC-code 9C (BMW Apps) via ENET-cable?

Yes: E-series + ENET cable + FSTool + FSC file (.der + .fsc + .xml).

Yes: E-series + ENET cable + FSTool + FSC file (.der + .fsc + .xml).

if cic is of factory yes, or is retrofit but you add ethernet wires to quadlock, also yes.
