My one is not genuine.

With 1.64 i got error message: ERROR: no communication with the interface

Did you upgraded the firmware automatically I suppose so?
The firmware upgrade was finished with succes?
Otherwise if you don't have the firmware fw1.64 in your PIC MCU flashed then you cannot use the 2015 versions softwares.
And one more question. Did instaled the drivers that opcom 2015 install item?
Some clone do not support this driver 2.12
And you have to roll back to 2.08.28 or 2.10
Try again.

My device works with 2.12 and VAUX-COM_120309a+131223d. But not with the OP-COM 131223c+150406b HQ EN.

I only use the official Version for updating my fw.

That's why you said that you had that issue using the tool after this firmware upgrade
Because the firmware cannot be upgraded with 2015 version of opcom if you do not have any license as before
But the the 120309a+131223d that you are using it is enough the fw1.60
OP-COM 131223c+150406b HQ clone is not working with your clone

Hello, I upgraded my clone v5 with fw 1.60.
Now I installed the official version op-com professional 150406b, the program recognizes the clone v5 but when I try it on the car gives me error: the interface is not connected

Mate I belive you are dreaming.
Your tool its a clone. It cannot works with original unmoded softwares because you need the software to be licesed for you tool
There is a license for each tool and for each opcom version.
I tokd thes many many times till now
To activate the software you need a license
For this you need a genuine tool, an account ( id + email ) and genuine tool ( ftdi id )
Then you have a internet connection turned on and the tool pkugfed to the usb
When you start first time to connect to a car the software will start onlibe activation. After this when you try to connect to a car the software will upgrade automatically your firmware
In your case will upgrade it to fw1.64
