Upgrade to DiagBox v7.77 (if you have upgraded to 7.76)

Please notice that this is intended for experimental or educational purposes and that you perform any or all the below procedures at your own risk. I hold no responsibility for any issue you may face.

Procedure (Off-line Update):
1- Navigate to C:\AWRoot\bin\fi\ and create another copy of "cashe" folder (with all its contents) naming it cashe.org.
2- Download the attached "updt_77u.zip" file, Expand it and copy the contents of the updt_77 folder to C:\AWRoot\dtwr\updt\ directly, replacing and overwriting existing files and folders.
3- Run DiagBox, it will start the upgrade process, when it finishes successfully click OK, it will run for the first time and will give 9 or 10 error messages, keep clicking OK until DiagBox closes down.
4- Copy all 13 files that start with “fr.actia.AWF.xxxxxxx.dll” from cashe.org, into the (empty) C:\AWRoot\bin\fi\cashe\ folder.
5- Run DiagBox and it will run successfully.

You can always downgrade to DiagBox 7.76 by running Maitresox’s DiagBox update 7.74 to 7.76 again.

Photo below indicates the new DiagBox naming convention equivalent, 7.77 => 8.13

I upgraded it too online and then I ysed v7.74 to v7.76 and I did manual procedure too
Both was worked like a charm.
Well no car to test.

I got the idea after installing the latest Windows 10 (10547) and using wrong keyboard language (pic 1). It took me few hours proving the principle and trying different methods. and it took quite sometime writing a procedure that can be followed.

I couldn't post this solution earlier because I was waiting for Maitresox to approve posting his files (which I had) on this site, but he did not respond in time, and I was not going to break the trust.

Our community are usually techies, I wanted to further empower them by sharing the solution rather than offer just a packaged file that worked.

I did this for love and genuinely hope it is giving members hours of fun on top of a version upgrade.
