While updating ista-P to 3.56.3 it shows this error below:
anyone concurred problem this before?

Did you update from a new installation or used the loader in between updates? If you used the loader you have to install 3.56.0.500 first. Or any of the other "full" installations.

looks like you have missed an update:

3.56.2.004 > 3.56.3.002

new loader v4.3 can be used at any time. it does not cause any update problems.

I installed first ISTAP 3.56.0.005 then 3.56.1 then 3.56.2, then when i try to install 3.56.3 it shows the error about basic version not found of ista-p

Already answered this. 3.56.2.004 is missing from your list.

3.56.2.003 > 3.56.2.004 > 3.56.3.002

when I install like this:
3.56.0.500>3.56.1.002>3.56.2.001>3.56.2.003
here works OK.
but when I update 3.56.2.004,there cames the error: "The required basic version of ista-P is not found"

How should I fix it?
