wrong.
SA609 only describes the code for a professional navigation system, which is different from model to model.

In year 2002 the number 609 stands for professional navigation and needs the "high" version of data, since the navigation computer was the MK4.

in 2003 e.g. the number 609 describes navigation professional, too, but in these models the CCC was built in. They need the "professional" version

My 2010 BMW 550i has SA609, too and yes, you guess right, it's navigation professional with the CIC computer built in. I need the "premium" version.

newer cars have the NBT built in and they need the "next" data material. But it's all SA609 navigation professional. Quite confusing, I know.

In @Emmy's case I'd say that he has an old MKIII navigation computer built in which can only handle CDs, but no DVDs. And this thread is about the DVD version.
