Hello,

I have a problem with a Skoda Fabia 1.2 htp from 2006.
The car was crashed,airbag went off(the car has just the steering wheel airbag),and the PAS was not working,i have read that i need to change the airbag ecu so i can get the power steering working,i got another ecu,changed the airbag and the airbag ecu,the new airbag ecu had also passenger airbag fault,disabled passenger airbag from VCDS and the power steering still not works...i checked all fuses,checked voltage at pump,checked voltage from the pump to the sensor,all seems fine.
Any ideeas?

Yes,first i had 2 faults,one i don`t remeber,and one with steering sensor.
Now i get only this:

on battery you have fuses for J500, check this.

Mate if you have j500 fault you need to check steering rack. If wire is ok you need to replace it!

Guys i still can`t figure it out with this car.
I can`t code anything.
I checked another Fabia and the soft coding for steering pump is 10140,mine is 00110.I tried with VCDS,Abrites,VAG Commander,Autocom.Nothing works.The coding is still 00110.
This is happening with the Airbag module also.Old module has 12372,mine is 12562.

Strange is that in Abrites the error on the pump is:Missing data or wrong steering adaptation.

Hi,
you have to check engine module coding also.
first you have to correct engine then steering and airbag.
