Hello,
I have question about live data in ista\d and icom in old cars ect. e34 m50 m60 engine. Somebody check it ? because I today plug both cars and live data is not in real tim i mean for example oxygen sensor 0.45v and it stay 0.45, teperature, ignition timming also. Deos anybody have similar problem ?

I remember I was also have strange live data on e36. Some was working some not. Generally use INPA for this, much much much better.

Personally I think ISTA is just not designed for this cars, it will show errors etc, but for example, ISTA P was try to program ECU from M40 engine, where is eprom memory ! ... strange thing, it should show information that this can't be programmed, instead of that it was trying and trying... finishing with error.

I use ealier ADS cable and dis and it was little bit better i mean valuse change but with lag but better than icom so i think about gt1 or opps but before i wait maybe is something in configurations

Just use icom + easy connect + INPA - it works good and fast for e34.

Like others g1 in VMware is best with dk head if you have or inpa serial to usb ! good luck

note i have bumbed up ram to 512 run faster not many errors
