For the price of a clone GM MDI you can buy the original GM Mongoose and works perfect with Opel, online and offline(tech2win,GDS2). You have support and update.

Yes...this i know but my friend already has the clone MDI interface and asked if this will work if he buys genuine tis2web account...i not sure if GM have blocked clone serials???

OK thanks I'm looking into it have just bought mdi as my tech 2 broken. also looking for a bench decoder for some units like, cim rec, uec so don't have to remove chip all the time just connect to pins and read/update/reset ecu if that makes scence.
