Hi Simple ! you can´t update your Ecu´s Firm, because only ON LINE with D-Code form official User .
This information comes from the inside PSA, sorry for the delay, I wanted to make sure it was the right thing

I am not in this business I am an ordinary Citroen car owner who would like to learn much about its technology so that I do it myself as a hobby.

Hence, this data base is really not very useful to someone like myself, or am I missing something??

Also, how could I obtain these Firmware files for the various ECUs in my car?

you can not ! only with D-Code Official Service account only for PSA employed or Friend work in PSA.
