BMW E66 most problem
Trying to diagnose most issues with 03/2007 BMW 745 US (no sound, no nav, no radio, ) with icom a2 and ista but every time I read out vehicle data ista freezes on most reset when 1sec left and doesnt go any further. tried 2 different versions same error. Any way around it ?

In order to Diagnose correctly ANY MOST connections / module ON ANY CAR you MUST have Lollipop (MOST loop connector) If any of my posts or current one helps then don't forget to press thanks and add a reputation

I know about lollipop, I just thought that with ista I can see which module is faulty or where iam looking signal. Will go one by one with lollipop than

Will go one by one with lollipop than AS A HUMANS we can not measure light(AS OF TODAY). only distance and travel So when ring is broken it takes A LONG time for Rheingold to determent which module is broken, and on test plant it ACTUALLY going to indicate unplug (module) plug Lollipop, check again.... until you'll get to bad location(or multiple) SO if you knew it already, why did you ask about it???? When I have MOST problem I figure out the ring configuration first. Then I go to the first module and disconnect the optical connector and check for the red light. I am having someone to turn the radio on and off, optical signal will be sent even if the ring is broken. If it is good, I go to the next unit and so on. When I figure out which one is the problem I bypass it and test. Sound should work now. Usually the problematic units are in the driver side of the trunk.
I use these to bypass a suspected unit. Repair parts, optical fibre cable 04 Optical waveguide, connector X 61136906535 07 Diagnosis interface MOST x 61136917541 |

Update: thank you guys for all the help, got the lollipop from the dealer, cut it little bit to make it fit the modules and found out that my GPS is faulty. Left lollipop there zip tied. Thx again.
