I give it a try few times but just cannot led stop lighting more then 3 sec. i did managed both led's flash.

LED need to monitor the state of the processor and it must be switched by the controller. If you do not have the power on the controller when connected by USB, then connect the other power source.
To flash the LPC2478 via Jlink, the level of protection should be CRP0, ie protection should be disabled. Thank you. you have been answered in all other forums and like i also said in other forum you need to look at the fw which is still on the kess ie click info and see if group code and client code have changed to c5555 then search the forum for this if not and fw has changed to 4.037 or does not say 4.036 then try the methods in this thread to unlock and reflash the nxp if my post helps please give Reputation
