Don't bother. You are on Windows 32bit, a real good easy solution doesn't exist.
Move to 64 bit. It will be much easier.

okay, mr marcos i am already succes activation with modification file on starkey center.
now, problem with my C4 mux

Initialization of the multiplexer has failed.
Possible causes and remedies The connection between the multiplexer and the diagnostic socket has an open circuit. The link between the diagnostic unit and the multiplexer is interrupted. The power supply at the diagnostic socket (circuit 30 and (or) circuit 31) is faulty.

please help me....

Post here a picture from your C4 mux.
Which connection is used from your laptop to your mux ?
Have you connected your mux to a car ?
