ICOM B is for programming modules on de MOST bus with ISTA-P & WinKFP witch is not possible by K+CAN cable. As far as i know you don't have extra functionality using ICOM B with ISTA+(Rheingold)

So if you want a fully update of your car with ISTA-P and you want the same I-Level in all modules also on the MOST buy an ICOM.
I think strongly recommend update everything to the same I-Level otherwise some funnctionality's of your car can be lost.
