Tested, no pass.

2 ways, you need pc or laptop with pcmcia card slot and use elan software to rewrite the card. This takes around 5 min.
Or use tech2 and RS232 cable this takes about an hour.

Yes it is, but only offboard diagnostic.
It is not supported by Tech2 any more, MDI need it and GDS2.
