Vin verified. But error message is displayed.

Can you write which installation you used ?
Normal ISTA-P 3.57.0.400 to version ISTA-P 3.57.1.003

or versions Standalone ISTA-P 3.57.1.003

If problem is still current, make sure obd2 is fully connected and do a5 to 10 min battery reset

U check ıcom a1or a2 ıf a1 case a2 not waork always gıve error f serıes up to 2013 year..
not repaır way...
only change ıcom ınterface new one ..but must be qualıty best ...
others not work f serıes ...
