Hello all

to upgrade your gds vci to latest firmware 2.19

1-copy and replace the file bin2.19(attachment) to folder c:\gvci\bin\vci

2-launch gds and then go to configuration ,vci update click update, wait until 100%
complete , click ok.

3-done ,restart vci and the program , check vci firmware

But it was better if you didn't do it publically.
Because in the futhure this simple solution will be "killed"
And all the guy that have one the three blacklisted S/N will cannot upgrad it.
But anyway youwanted to help and this is good
I don't care because my tool hasn't a blacklisted S/N

Is there any solution to check what serial are on blacklist ?
Does any meds which modify blacklist exist ?

There are 3 X S/N that are blacklisted
This one: EC633748, EC664322, EC660088
To check the S/N of your tool you have to go to C: \ Gvci \ temp \ vciserial.sys
The "vciserial.sys" will be generated when the tool is try to connect to a car

This is ORIGINAL bin from GDS. It will kill blacklisted clones as usual.
Anyone who not trust me can try. ))

All product work great even the cheapest clone works great.
My friend buy expensive one for 450 usd, well its exact the same
as the one for 108 usd.
Nothing is bin changed on the pcb
