It is not diagbox..Lexia3 and peugeot planet becouse my interface is rev B..

If you work with this interface and this software before, then stoped you have hardware issue and some solution for repair have here:

If you now work for first time then try with diagbox version 5.02 to 5.26 for B revision or reflash interface to C revision then try with version 7.02 to 7.xx

Yes green led is always on and releys are not clicking..

THis Is first time I try to work with..but I have it 2-3 years at least at home and never used..
yes otojm this is posible too..but I dont have pinout for psa OBD to check..and green light is always on too..is this ok?

Here are the pictures from my pcb..I can see it have good relays but not full chip like sould be ..but even without full chip pcb, Interface have to work..any idea how repair can begin ?? I was surching a litle and find the ram slat can be faulty or badly soldered,and I did resolder all vci but didnt help I like to hear what you mates think about this and where should I start..thanks

Hi Friends,

I got very similar problem to the one discussed in this thread.

I have a copy of PSA XS interface which was purchased with 4.3.2 rev B of firmware, I have done succesfull reflash to revision C firmware and current version is 4.3.3 -> there is everything OK. Firmware and interface checker toolset was by Mr. Scarymistake & Majo (Thank you guys!).

Next, I run Diagbox v. 7.64 from mr. Scary as well, this works perfectly too and Diagbox can see when I connect interface to any of USB ports.

But the problem is when I try to connect via this interface to the car (I currently have to solve something on 2007 C4 Picasso w/ Petrol engine), it doesn't detect VIN number and Diagbox within the process of reading fault codes and running "complete test" says "No dialouge" for each unit in the car, so it seems that interface doesn't communicate with car...

Of course, within the attempt to communicate with car relays in PSA interface are clicking. OBD connector in this car works with no problem, I tested this same car either with Delphi DS150E or KTS550 and both systems communicated with car properly.

My PC (or I would rather say WIN os) has no issue in communication with USB PSA interface, I run it on Win XP Pro SP3, it is laptop dedicated for Diagbox only.

Previosly, I tried to connect this interface with 2003 Berlingo or for example ~2005 Jumper and it worked without any problem (including auto detection of VIN and access to all of car units, FAP regeneration, ...).

Attached you can find screenshots from PSA Interface Checker showing version of firmware and "C" revision SN plus screenshots from report with connecting with this car (error in communication with each unit).

Any idea what could be wrong here? I'm getting mad with from interface...

Check welds of each relay on pcb, in your picture, the welds are not beautiful !!!!

Hi..like titoun sayed and you can also try resolder ram memory.. In my case that was the problem but I replace it..

Hello friends, I did complete resoldering of all chips and relays and VCI seems to be working properly! Tested with problematic cars and all present units in those cars were communicating with my VCI.

So, thank you very much for this great idea, much helped me.
