Hello Aleck,

I am having ODS8024E error when I try to access control units on vehicle.
I installed the ODIS-E Original version and I am using a original VAS5054 Bluetooth interface.
I tryed to work with a VW37X and VW120 projects and only the gateway control unit can be access in both cases.

Do you have some idea about what is happening?

Sorry but it is not the same case.
My VAS5054 bluetooth interface is working very well.
ODIS-E get to read VIN and access the gateway control unit on the vehicle only.
When I try to access the others control unit appears the error message ODS8024E.

My VAS5054 bluetooth interface is working very well.
ODIS-E get to read VIN and access the gateway control unit on the vehicle only.
When I try to access the others control unit appears the error message ODS8024E.

I think the difference is language support, for the question above.

Perfect version working with my Hardware too, VCX nano USB and Wifi.

Other versions (with Key generators) failed to work because I could not get the pop up HW-ID message in order to register my Key ID (thus crashes due to Key generation absence). It could be a windows 8 x64 incompatibility (though I tried windows 7 and windows XP sp3 compatibility mode), or my hardware ID which was ending with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:LENOVO:4236B87::3 ?
I will test to see if I can flash a control unit.

Tried today the Fe install on two different laptops win10 64bit compatibility mode and win7 64bit laptop
On both i have no connection ODS8001E and installed odis s after FE
I think my vas should be OK, it have OKI and is full as i think.
Should i buy a new interface?

I did not use Bluetooth i will always connect via USB
