Hello
I am new with digiprog3, until now I have changed mileage only on one car.
I would like to ask, how can I change mileage in engine ECU too?( I am talking about cars with obd changing, for now)
Most of the cars have only function "diag" or "tacho diag"..some have "tacho diag" and "ECU" diag..(there I assume, that I must change tacho diag and ecu diag with the same mileage, right?)
My question is;
Is "diag" and "tacho diag" enougt for change mileage in engine ecu???

Not all car have km stored în ecu. If you see în vw golf5 for exemple you have ecu diag! Diag and tacho diag is only for cluster mod.

No you don't have to do ecu

But if I want to do a "good job", we must change mileage in engine ecu tooI saw, check a lot of vag cars with VCDS edc 15-16 mileage and noticed that mileage from tacho and engine ECU are different(100.000-300.000km),cars with ONLY tacho diag function..lets say,golf 4 and 6 has only tacho diag function DP3, without engine ecu diag..so,that is for me "half a work done"???!not to mention cars with DPF filters

Digiprog cant do much mileage in ecu, then buy a better tool.

by the way. golf 6 petrol doesnt have mileage in ecu (at least mine here in europe), golf6 diesel does have mileage in ecu, but nobody can change mileage in ecu

Better tool..Xcan from smok ? Do you have it? Anybody with Xcan tool here? maybe clone..
Hmm..I remember, my brother has citroen xsara picasso 1.6hdi 2009,last year with 400.000, before and after mileage correction (not my job,), I checked with with PSA diagbox, and in BSI module he has still 20. service intervals ..
Is it possible to reset it to lower value?(just asking, he had allready sold the car)

Yes, clear history on BSI.

How can I clear history in BSI with psa diagbox? I think no way, only with other tools?!

I think with Diagbox is not possible. UPA or other eeprom programmer can do it.
