I have a problem with the installation of Xentry 01/2014.
I always get the error that my key for Xentry would not be right.
I've already read through various approaches and also applied. Unfortunately, none leads to success.
Either the error -4 or -8 comes in STARUTILITIES.

What I have done:
Windows XP reinstalled incl driver.
4 partitions including users Star and Owner.
Commonlic.dll writes protected, deleted lic_key2.dat.
Nothing helps.

I think it bring anything if you send me a code, it is a file somewhere where problem.
Can anybody help me? If possible via TeamViewer.
In German would be good but not a must. .

I deleted the lic_key_2.dat file. the other I have copied and placed on read only.
started StarUtilities, Key indicated and there was even the fault 4.
"StartKey can not be decoded or scheme is not recognized or appid unknown"
The file lic_key_2.dat has also not created.

I have no luck.

New Information, Star Utilities gives me another HWID and also another app ID as the StartKeyCenter program.
I take the installation guide NewGuide2i.

I've just seen that I mistyped.
Sorry for that.
I have it corrected to 01/2014.
The errors have not changed and are still the same.
