I don't know why you all hurry for something which is not released. No one will tell you when exactly will be released.
It's also good to stop posting wrong information that it's already available. The map is not available, they just sell FSC.
As to why always come last you should understand the following - different maps have a different structure and they are developed by different vendors, that's why delivery time is different too.

So, keep calm, they'll be posted once get released.
