Programming Power Supply
I found a PSU which, based on the spec, should be great for F series programming:

Model: S-1500-15
Seller: Arlen&Alice Trading Co., Ltd.
(links in attached file as per rules)

It's adjustable up to 15V, with 100A max output and it comes in at <$220 delivered to the UK.

I haven't bought it yet and would like to know the opinions of some experts before I do!

RE: Programming Power Supply
I use Marine battery charger. Although it is made in China it is a HQ product, and generally [official] marine products are held by high standarts. Mine holds 14.5V@30A and no less than 14V at 50A with ~1.5m cables. I can have a 7 series with most consumers turned on and the voltage will not dip under 14V. It is compact too.

Can it also be used with GEL and AGM batteries?

It's not a battery charger - it's for maintaining enough voltage for programming.

It will charge the battery if it needs to be charged but badly. It's recommended that the battery is fully charged before doing any programming.
