If you have a VCM2 clone with a blackliste serial then you need to change the S/N in the VCM2
The Activation for Ford IDS is for software not for VCM tool
Two diffrent things
As Mr Fantomel and Mr Inspector_Gadget shared here there is not only one solution sold buy one guy.
Many made their solutions for how many day they want.
And maybe most of the peaple are not agree with me but this is not better to talk about this in public.
Ford will kill this solution soon and who have it will need a new solution. Its not better always to share or to make public some solutions. Some peaple will "cry"
My opinion - "Don't throw with stones."

I have oem ids with original vcm2. clone I used for mazda. ford ids kill clone vcm2 for sure
