Service Advisor 4.2.000 error with opening view graphics

1john  Service Advisor 4.2.000 error with opening view graphics
Hello, this is my first thread on the forum. I have a little problem with my service advisor, when I want to run Diagnostic Schematic, service advisor throws an error.
   
I attached to this post. This same problem occurs when loading images.
   

I restored the system to factory settings , and installed advisor 4.0, after then 4.2, I used meds and installed date of ag_en_201502_01

I'm working on a system windows 7 pro 64 bit.
if I do not have something installed ?

You must manually install / move the application spicer, which is on the first disc. If you need help send PM.

Brother good night I have the same problem I have all the data loaded but when I go to see some graphic I get the same error not to able to start the viewer graphics excuse my English greetings and thanks in advance thanks
