LCI rear lights retrofit
Hello guys...
I want to retrofit lci rear lights on my e91... I have FRM2, according bmw i need to replace the FRM2 for a FRM3.. Is this necessary? Is it possible to replace it with a seconded handed FRM? Greets Patrick |

You can do on both FRM2 and FRM3. However official retrofit supports only FRM3.

Yes you can use FRM2/3 second hand part. Flash the FRM with correct VIN, write new VO with LCI rear lights to CAS and FRM and coding the FRM.

I just retrofit LCI rear lights my E91 PreLCI 2007, I have frm2 , only changing pins and coding, add to VO +MUEB, codind lamps varm and cold check, everything works correctly. Regards |
