So I think my problem is related to unblocking the files prior to extracting them. However I don't have an unblock button when I go to properties in Windows 10. Anyone else have this probem? Or is the problem I'm using windows 10?

Hello!
I'd the same problem with regcleaner4.2 on a win 10 64 bit system. I allways got jit debugging errors. Not a big problem at all. Clean the registry by yourself. Open regedit and go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMWGroup\ISPI\ISTA] Delete it and use the regfix or overwrite the entries with the datas from the regfix for the version. CU Oliver |

Actually make a Mega account and use the desktop MegaSync client to download the files after importing them to your Mega account. The files will not be blocked when downloaded that way. Or you can also use a prebuilt Version of ISTA in a VM. PM me for an alpha release of my Virtual Box VM with this build from OP.
